讲师介绍： Tom C. Keuten，迈道国际高级咨询顾问 Tomas Keuten先生目前是美国项目管理协会（PMI）OPM3研发领导小组负责人，他带领的研发小组正在与800多位世界各地专家一起工作并将在2007年出版OPM3第二版标准。在过去的8年时间里他一直引领着大项目、项目组合管理、OPM3评估与咨询方面的实践，他用敏锐的意识为美洲、欧洲及亚洲的客户开发出了许多切实可行而又有深远意义的项目咨询方案，并帮助他们制定战略及实施计划并推动团队达成成果。Keuten先生主要擅长的领域包括：组织项目管理成熟度（OPM3）评估与咨询，多项目与项目组合管理、产品研发，技术项目管理，商业运作，金融及战略等。他在CMMI及OPM3领域也有很深入的研究及独到的见解。
